We ship all over Greece with BOX NOW. You collect your parcel from the locker that suits you, whenever you like, without waiting in for a courier.

Find the BOX NOW locker that suits you, near home or work, and write it in the order form. Find your nearest locker ↗

We pack it by hand
Every order is prepared with care. We confirm your products and when the parcel leaves. The moisturising cream is made especially for you, so it needs a few extra days.
- 03
You collect it
When it arrives, BOX NOW sends you a message with the code to open the locker. It usually takes 1 working day on the mainland and up to 3 to the islands.
Your parcel waits in the locker for at least 24 hours, and you can extend this by another 24 hours from the BOX NOW tracking page.

How long do the products last once opened?
Our products are natural and made in small batches, so they reach you fresh. On the packaging you will find the open-jar symbol (for example “6M” or “12M”): it shows for how many months you can use the product after opening it. If you have a question about a specific product, write to us.
How should I store them?
In a cool, shaded place, away from sunlight and humidity. Let soaps dry between uses on a draining soap dish. Keep salves and balms away from summer heat, as beeswax softens. Use clean hands or a small spatula for jars.
I have sensitive skin. What should I watch for?
Do a small patch test first: apply a little product to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours. If there is no redness or itching, you are ready. If you have a known allergy, check the ingredients or write to us for advice.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Write “gift wrapping” in your order message, together with what you would like the card to say, and we will wrap it with care. Have a look at our ready-made gift sets too.
How do I place an order?
In the contact form choose “Place an order”, write the products you want and the BOX NOW locker that suits you. We will reply to confirm your order and the payment method.
